Turkish media Turkiye Gazetesi is reporting that out of favour Liverpool winger Lazar Markovic could be heading to Turkey once again.
It’s the Turkish powerhouse Fenerbahce who have been linked with Lazar Markovic reunion as they look to bolster their ranks before the transfer window shuts on Friday.
Serbian winger spent a year playing for the Canaries on loan for Liverpool and managed two goals and three assists during 21 games in 2015/16 season.
Fenerbahce are not enjoying the best of starts to the new campaign and are said to be interested in bringing back a player who is not featuring in Jurgen Klopp’s plans and is also looking to solve his situation.
Markovic surprisingly remained at Liverpool this summer and was not shipped out on the transfer Deadline Day so Fenerbahce remains perhaps his only chance of regular playing time this season.
